Nell Coonen-Korte is a Special Olympics Global Messenger and Health and Wellness Ambassador
Nell has been involved with Special Olympics Minnesota for the past 13 years. She participates in swimming, bowling, bocce ball, and powerlifting. Nell’s Global Messenger and Health and Wellness Ambassador trainings have taken her to Washington, DC to speak to executives within the healthcare industry, bringing awareness about the need for better healthcare for those with disabilities.
